| The Krist Samaritan Center for Counseling and Education offers professional help and hope in a caring atmosphere. Samaritan counselors recognize that the body, mind and spirit are interrelated, helping an individual grow toward positive mental health. Using a multi-disciplined staff in a team approach, we focus on the whole person within his/her life situation.
Services provided at the Krist Samaritan Center include:
- Counseling for children, adults and families.
- Training for clergy and mental health professionals.
- Preventive educational programs.
Counseling is offered to children, adults and families on a sliding fee scale. Fee adjustments are available based on personal financial need and available funding. The Samaritan Center also provides Spanish speaking counseling services at two of our locations. In addition to counseling and psychotherapy, the Center offers educational programs, counseling training and consultation.
