Krist Samaritan Center Partners with St. Paul’s United Methodist Church to Offer New Counseling Location near the Museum District and Medical Center
Krist Samaritan Center is proud to announce its partnership with St. Paul’s United Methodist Church to offer a new location for counseling services near the Museum District and Medical Center staffed by psychotherapist Sandra DeSobe.
With services based on a sliding fee-scale, the Center provides faith-based counseling to those in need of guidance and healing. The Center is committed to touching lives and healing hearts across Houston and Galveston through offering affordable services to people of all economic backgrounds. The opening of the St. Paul’s office marks the 22nd office location for the Center. Counseling appointments at the church are offered every Thursday and can be scheduled by calling 281.480.7554, ext. 19.
Ms. DeSobe is a licensed professional counselor and a licensed marriage and family therapist. Serving on the Center’s staff for more than 23 years, Ms. DeSobe brings her counseling expertise to members of St. Paul’s congregation and surrounding communities. She is a member of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors and an approved supervisor with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Appointed by Governor Rick Perry, Ms. DeSobe chairs the Texas State Board of Examiners of Marriage and Family Therapists.
