Pauline Gallien and Dr. William July promoted to support Krist Samaritan Center's growth
Growing demand for counseling and psychological services boosts need for the Center's programs
Krist Samaritan Center promotes Pauline Gallien to chief operating officer.HOUSTON – October 7, 2011 – Krist Samaritan Center proudly announces the promotion of Pauline Gallien to chief operating officer and Dr. William July to director of MindWorks Testing. Gallien will retain her previous title of director of development and community relations, and July will continue to serve as a licensed psychologist for the Center.

Krist Samaritan Center promotes Dr. William July to director of MindWorks Testing.Gallien’s extensive business development, fundraising, community relations and strategic planning experience make her a natural fit to serve as chief operating officer for the Center. With more than 20 years experience in Houston non-profit management, Gallien worked for many years at SER-Jobs for Progress and Interfaith of The Woodlands. With a passion for relationship development, her specialty is creating new opportunities for business growth through collaborative partnerships. Gallien holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Dr. July is a licensed psychologist with specialized experience in a variety of psychological tests and assessments. He formerly served with the Harris County Sheriff’s Department and the Houston Metro Police. He is also the author of nationally bestselling books on relationships and a frequent speaker for mental health-related issues. An adjunct faculty member in the psychology doctoral program at the University of Phoenix, Dr. July earned a Ph.D. in psychology at the Harold Abel School of Psychology at Capella University.
