Non-Profit Counseling Center Gains Valuable Addition to Team
Krist Samaritan Center Welcomes Pauline Gallien

Krist Samaritan Center is proud to announce the addition of Pauline Gallien to its staff. Gallien joined the Center in July and serves as director of development and community relations.

In her role, Gallien is responsible for helping to further the Center’s mission of “touching lives, healing hearts” through securing financial support from individuals, corporations and organizations. Her duties include developing and maintaining relationships with major donors, overseeing special events and managing proposal development for fundraising. Gallien works closely with Dr. Jerry DeSobe, executive director of the Krist Samaritan Center, and helps to oversee the marketing and public relations of the Center. “I’m extremely excited about Pauline joining our team,” said Dr. DeSobe. “We are honored that she was drawn to our mission of providing affordable counseling to people of all economic backgrounds, and we believe she’ll be an invaluable addition to our organization by helping further the growth of the Center.”

Gallien has been involved in non-profit management in Houston for 20 years, having served many years at SER-Jobs for Progress and Interfaith of The Woodlands. With a passion for relationship development, her specialty is creating new opportunities for business growth through collaborative partnerships. During her career, Gallien has secured more than $15 million through grant writing. Gallien received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and is married to Houston CPA, Jeff Moore, of Moore, Reichl and Baker, P.C.
